When Darrin and I first walked into the kennels all we saw really was - potential - the bare bones of a great facility were there but it desperately needed some TLC, that is exactly what we have done, it's so satisfying to hear the compliments from customers who have been with us since we first took over.
The first changes were imperative for the well being and happiness of the pets, after all the dogs and cats don't care what colour a wall is, the construction of a large grassed exercise yard for the dogs and a playground over looking a garden for the cats.
The kennels were painted inside and out, another exercise yard. complete cattery upgrade, 5 new luxury suites, new roofing and office facelift...
I am always on the look out for something new we can build, offer and do for the pets, but yesterday looking at a group of border collies running around in the yard with Karen and Alicia I realised all the pets really want is love and a play. That's easy!
Sending home happy, clean and tired pets - that's what we're about - so that when you get home from your holiday, tired, you can be assured that your pet has had a fun, exhilarating and exhausting holiday too!
